SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

UK Shipping - Costs & Transit Time

We will endeavour to dispatch your parcel the same day on any order placed before 3pm for stock items, this may not be possible during promotions and during busy periods but it is always our aim. We cannot always guarantee next day delivery. Occasionally, circumstances outside of our control may occur and, in this instance, we are not liable for any costs incurred. For any item on the website that is not in stock, mainly larger equipment items but sometimes consumable items can go out of stock from time to time. In this instance the buyer will be contacted about a delivery schedule, if this is not suitable then they will be credited in full for the unavailable items.

Every parcel to a UK mainland address* is sent on a next working day delivery service. If you supply us with your mobile number at the checkout our courier will send you full tracking information & updates on your order throughout the process. For orders going to a business address, from time to time we may deliver using our own delivery vehicles.

We are unable to ship to other countries, but please contact us to see if an arrangement can be made.

 

If the parcel is over 20kg we reserve the right to revise the above delivery charges. In this instance a member of our customer service team will contact you and let you know about any additional charges. You will of course be able to cancel your order if the new delivery charge is not acceptable.
